ORDERS

How do I place an order?

1. Click SHOP from the main menu
2. Select the categories or collections of products in which you are interested in
3. Browse the items in your prefered view mode, and click on the product which you want to purchase
4. Select your quantity. Then click the “ADD TO CART” button
5. The product will then be added to your “CART” which is displayed in the TOP right hand side of menu bar, as a basket icon.
6. Once you have selected all your products for your order, click on your “CART” and click the “CHECK OUT” button. Alternatively on the SHOP     page after adding to cart – you can click the shortcut link “View Cart”
7. Fill in your details and select your shipping option.
8. Select your method of payment, enter your email and shipping address. Then click continue
9. Follow the PayGate instructions exactly as stipulated and make the payment.
10. CONGRATULATIONS you have made your Nicole Martine purchase and will be contacted via Email immediately.

How do I know that Nicole Martine has received my order?
You will receive an email to the same associated inbox you used in the billing/order details. This email will confirm your order, and payment.
How do I care for Exotic Leather products?
To ensure that this product retains its original quality, kindly pay attention to the following care instructions:

  • Keep your exotic resort accessories in a cool, dry place. Sunlight and excessive humidity, will negatively affect the leathers so best to avoid and keep you’re provided branded dust bag.
  • When cleaning your resort accessories, please avoid using water as it can damage the finish. Harsh household cleaners are to be avoided entirely. In general for exotic leathers we recommend that excess dirt or dust be wiped away with a soft dry cloth.
  • Keep your Nicole Martine pieces away from oily products (creams, makeup, perfume etc.) any other materials that may bleed colour, as this will damage the product.
  • When travelling with your Nicole Martine resort accessory please take care when packing and abroad; once used pack away in the provided dust bag to avoid sunlight and any harsh chemicals. For the softer Nicole Martine pieces make sure you stuff the bag slightly so it keeps its shape when travelling or in your case.

PAYMENT

How can I pay for my order? – Payment Types
Currently you can pay via credit card, paypal, or direct electronic bank transfer (eft). All orders are in ZAR, and will be calculated to your exchange rate that your bank reflects as it’s assigned currency.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged upon checkout.
When is the package going to be sent?
If you have purchased a product, you will be provided with a tracking number within 1working day after purchase. Please take note that all products purchased over the weekend and on public holidays, will only depart the following working day. Please note that delays will take place in the event of public holidays, in which courier companies do not do physical deliveries. Delivery times differ between local and international areas. Please see below:

DELIVER & RETURNS

Where can I find delivery details? How much does delivery cost?
Once you have added your product items to the cart, the next step is to checkout. On this check out page, we request billing and delivery details, where you would need to complete the corresponding forms, with the correct shipping address. A shipping calculator will add your delivery cost automatically to your order’s total.
If you don´t have stock – how do I know once it arrives?
Please send a message including your product details, and quantity via our contact form found on the CONTACT page. A Nicole Martine representative will respond with information on new stock arrivals.
What should I do if my order hasn´t been delivered yet?
If your order has not arrived after 6 days for local orders/ and 21 days for international orders – then please send a message including your order tracking number via our contact form, and a Nicole Martine representative will get in contact with you as soon as possible to ensure your order arrives safely.
How long does it take?
Nicole Martine is an online company, we pride ourselves in being able to provide our products to all clients regardless of where you stay. We ship nationally via Dawn Wing couriers and internationally on request. Please note we can custom your delivery to suit your needs if you need your package sooner or at a specific date.

What if the item I received is damaged?
All products can be returned if they are noticeably damaged or do not match the sample or description. These products need to be returned in their original packaging with all labels attached within 5 days of delivery.
