SHIPPING and DELIVERY

We offer shipping for customers nationally and worldwide on request, however we understand that you may urgently require your Nicole Martine piece for the weekend or for an event, in this instance please email us at info@nicolemartine.com and we would be happy to arrange and discuss costs for express shipping/delivery. All domestic and international items will be sent via DAWN WING which includes basic tracking and signature on delivery.

You will be provided with a tracking number within 1 working day after purchase. Please take note that all products purchased over the weekend and on public holidays, will only depart the following working day. Please note that delays will take place in the event of public holidays, in which courier companies do not do physical deliveries.

Please note if a delivery is attempted whilst no one is home the courier will not be able to deliver on that day, please expect a delay. You will be notified by us and delivery will be rescheduled.

RETURNS and EXCHANGE POLICY

All products can be exchanged within 5 days of purchase, if they are faulty, not fit for their intended purpose or do not match the sample or description.

Criteria to exchange an item:

  • Please log the return by e-mailing us info@nicolemartine.com within 5 days of purchase
  • The item is in a re-sellable condition
  • The item is in its original packaging, with labels attached
  • We will send a courier to collect the product(s) logged within the 5 day return period free of charge. An online waybill will be e-mailed to you, please kindly print and give to courier with your product(s) that you would like to return.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges on purchase will be non-refundable. If you exchange a product on which duty and tax has been paid, we are unable to refund such duty or taxes.

*ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THESE ITEMS.

DEFECTIVE & INCORRECT ITEMS

If you wish to arrange a return of a defective product to Nicole Martine for inspection, please send an email to info@nicolemartine.com within 3 working days of delivery. You will be responsible for the delivery charge, however should the product be found to be defective Nicole Martine will refund the delivery charge. Please include your order receipt in the parcel. If the product is found not to be defective, you will be responsible for the return delivery charge.

If the items are found to be defective, we are happy to exchange for another swimwear or beachwear item or provide you with a voucher. In the possible case that we have delivered the incorrect product size or style, please keep in original packaging and do not try on. Please mail us on info@nicolemartine.com and we will swiftly arrange your correct product to be sent to you. In this case, Nicole Martine will be liable for all delivery costs.

NB: Please take note that Nicole Martine will at all times will try display all our products accurately. However, due to different screens and monitor settings we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display exact colours.
